Shoulders That Sing! Workshop Recording

Have you wondered about the function of the shoulder joint? Our shoulders are actually four joints working in beautiful concert with one another..... or perhaps they are like a quartet that has not practiced together for a while. 
 
Join us to explore relevant topics related to our shoulders such as:

This workshop will be equal parts movement and lecture, and allow you to get a sense of the requirements for healthful shoulder function, as well as how to build your shoulders from the basement up and get shoulders that truly sing!
