Feet First Workshop Recording
SKU: FFWSRECORDING
Stand up. Now, look down at your feet. Which way would you say your toes are pointing? Slightly inward? Or possibly outward and away from each other? Many think that internally or externally-rotated feet are normal. But they aren't. And they can contribute to pain and injury all the way up our bodies into our ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders, and neck.
Our feet are the base of stability for our bodies, so it's important to make sure we are always thinking feet first!
In this month's workshop, we will learn how to:
- strengthen and stabilize the arches
- decongest the metatarsels via toe spreading
- invite relaxation into the bottom of the foot where we lose fat as we age
- articulate and make use of all five toes and all four corners of the feet when we are moving and standing
- keep feet healthy and dexterous
