Everyday, I witness the difficult effects of adults moving with less freedom. Getting up and down off of the ground become impossible. Getting in and out of a chair requires extreme effort. Little by little, we lose mobility and function and develop fear of moving, and of falling.
Join us to learn the basics of bone biology, what exercises to avoid, what to progress and how to best work with the bones you currently have to build strong bones to last your lifetime.
