Orthopedic Basics

In our January 2025 workshop we will explore:

-the various types of tissue we work with in the musculoskeletal body

-review the planes of motion of our movements

- develop the basic principles for working with our musculoskeletal body to create easier growth and improved protection

This workshop will serve as a helpful entry point or a deepening of your progressed knowledge regarding movement and how it affects our orthopedic system.
