What does your walking mean to you? Walking is one of the activities that we start when we are so young, that unless we have an injury or disability that changes our relationship to it, we often take it for granted. But despite what we may think, walking is extremely complex and requires strength, flexibility and balance for us to perform gait well throughout our lifespan. 


Over the course of the workshop we will explore the pre-requisite mbility and strength, so that you can understand goals to maintain healthful walking.
