About the Event
The whole point of practical strength is to train and strengthen your body for the movements you do every day. These repetitive activities such as getting out of bed, driving a car, cleaning your house, sitting on a couch to read or watch tv, getting up from the floor ... the movements and the ways we execute them can either nourish and support our bodies or create challenge, wear, and possible injury.
During our workshop this month, we will deep-dive into how we can safeguard our daily movements. We'll discuss the functional-four exercises and learn how each of these four will lead to increased safely and injury-prevention throughout our day. Please do join us!
