About the Event
When you think about movement, how do you interpret the amount of strength you will need to perform it successfully?
How much hip strength do you need to stand well? To hike well? To jog well?
These questions are a crucial aspect of our adult musculoskeletal health. And yet it is so easy for us to start in the middle, to keep doing the most challenging tasks, even though our support system of strength might not be in place.
In this workshop you can begin to take an honest look at where your strength is currently, and identify how to gradually increase challenge to get your performance where you want it to be.
